Landswein sonst nix
it will require a number of years in the cellar to show its best
Dieser trockene und fruchtige Wein aus unseren alten Reben
with a fine mousse that fades to the background
only bottled about two weeks before being tasted
Annamaria Clementi Franciacorta Ca' del Bosco Likör Landswein sonst nix55% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Bianco, 20% Pinot Nero. Suckling 95, Restrained, toasty minerality with yellow plums, quince, cotton candy and chalk. A wine of substance, extracted and phenolic, but balanced by smooth mousse and medium body. Will evolve, developing more complexity from its rich fruit. Disgorged September 2023. Best from 2025.
