Self pollinating so you only need one tree. Can tolerate frost and great for growing in south east Queensland. The Hickson Mandarin has medium round fruit with deep orange skin and few seeds. Easy to peel mandarin. Flesh is juicy, sweet and excellent in flavour. Fruiting Season July to August. Likes a sunny position and plenty of water.
