Carved African Palaver Chair Clocks Protected with food-safe oilThis eye catching, unique African hand carved chair in solid dark wood has been cleaned thoroughly and had lashings of dark wax and clear wax applied. An occasional chair of a simplistic two plank construction, it is also known as a palaver chair: a traditional piece of African furniture which was once used as a birthing chair. It is beautifully handcrafted and decorated with deep carvings around its simple form. It really is an interior design dream!
