A peaberry is a natural anomaly where only one bean develops inside the cherry, absorbing all the nutrients meant for two. The result is a denser, more concentrated bean that roasts more evenly and cups with greater intensity than standard arabica. This Brazil Peaberry Dark Roast comes from the Grass Valley farm in Alta Mogiana, naturally processed and roasted to a full dark profile
