2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Red The wine is easy drinkingThe 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon was produced in a near perfect season with an extended dry autumn, combining warm days and cool nights for excellent slow ripening. The wine is deep ruby in colour. Its bouquet is dominated by rich earthy and brooding dark berries, (blackberry, dark cherry) and savoury notes commonly found in our wines that have had extended barrel bottle age before being released.
