This exhibition reflects the nature of Keenan’s textile works that play on the symbolic representations of gendered objects. These objects are formulated into patterns and subverted via suggestive bodily forms intermingled within the folds. Each work represents sections of research decorated with a patiently crafted yet ominous undertone.

The performances in turn, challenge the notion of gallery etiquette, and further amplify Keenan’s desire to disrupt.
