25th February – 26th March 2023

At the end of 2019, the artist was lost and at the end of his rope. A snap decision to leave London (where he already had been for the past five years) because of a death in the family and the oncoming storm of Covid-19 pushed Ghostcat out of the city where he started to chase his art career. Midway through 2020 he began to work as a warehouse drive for Amazon and found time to sketch to break the monotony. After doing this for eight months a few sketches turned into many and ideas began to form on canvas.

Three years later we arrive in the current day, a move to to th north east, a short stint with the National Trust (for experience, especially the history of art industry) and he has painted canvases with the intention of exhibiting them.

The exhibition was the result of result of this past three years of work, all of the canvases were painted between 2020 and 2023 with some being finished right before the show. Ghostcat invites you to make comments and find your own meaning in his work.
