PUBLIC WINDOW
The PUBlic Window micro-gallery is a venture to display art in unexpected or opportunistic spaces to increase public engagement with art. The first PUBlic window gallery originated in the rePUBlic Gallery during lockdown. With the travelling PUBlic windows they are free standing and can be installed almost anywhere. The first round of PUBlic windows were generously funded by Heart of Blyth and located in Blyth Library, The Old School Gallery in Alnmouth and the NCA in Newcastle.
